Binh Son Petroleum Packaging and Trading Joint Stock Company
BSPPT is a unit that produces, trades, imports and exports packaging products, distributes products of Dung Quat Oil Refinery (BSR), and provides logistics services for units inside and outside the Oil and Gas industry.
With the capacity to produce and trade packaging, along with a rich product portfolio such as plastic pellets, liquefied petroleum gas, petroleum and chemicals, BSPPT has affirmed its solid position in the market.
The company also provides a variety of high-quality services such as transportation, logistics, maintenance and repair, and building operation management. 2012
Restructuring the capital contribution of Petrosetco shareholders at PV Building. The group of shareholders are employees contributing capital at PV Building.

2013
BSR Company contributed capital with assets of Dung Quat Packaging Factory at PV Building.
PV Building issued and offered common shares, increasing the company’s charter capital to VND 175,222,840,000.

PetroVietnam Building and Trading Joint Stock Company (PV Building) is gradually implementing the divestment roadmap of BSR Company (Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Company) in accordance with the plan and strategic orientation.
This divestment process is not only part of the goal of restructuring resources and optimizing the operational efficiency of BSR, but also opens up new development opportunities for PV Building.
