BSPPT responds to “Ao Dai Week” and celebrates International Women’s Day March 8

In celebration of the 115th anniversary of International Women’s Day (March 8, 1910 – March 8, 2025) and in response to a series of activities to celebrate the Liberation Day of Quang Ngai province (March 24), the BSPPT Trade Union launched “Ao Dai Week”, whereby all female employees wear Ao Dai during working days, in accordance with the conditions and characteristics of the job, ensuring convenience and labor safety. With the goal of spreading and honoring the beauty of Vietnamese women in traditional Ao dai, affirming the value of national Ao dai in social life. Especially on March 6 and 7, 2025, all female employees of all departments in the Company wore colorful Ao Dai.

Along with the “Ao Dai Week”, the BSPPT Union also encourages the organization of many other practical activities in March such as: Coordinating the organization and launching of departmental unions and union members to participate in the “5S Movement and Creative Space”; encouraging the building of corporate culture from small, practical actions; organizing calls for support and visiting union members in especially difficult circumstances; The departmental trade unions met to congratulate female employees as a word of encouragement, cordial gratitude and solidarity. On this occasion, the Company Director also sent a congratulatory letter to the female employees of the Company, emphasizing the role of women in the family and society.
